Revenue Cycle Management + Performance Dashboard

Cash flow is the life-blood of any hospital revenue cycle management initiative. At Hielix, we work with hospital executives and healthcare administrators to assess, adjust and model the financial performance of our hospital customers. Through this process we target key cost/revenue areas of the hospital – patient access, health information management and patient financial services.

This focus allows our team to include the operational/clinical aspects of cost and revenue but also how healthcare IT products and services are shaping the overall financial picture today and how they can be better managed to drive enhanced financial performance.

In addition, we have created two performance dashboards that allow our hospital customers to look at their financial performance on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis to ensure they have continual access to the financial data they need to monitor their performance and make the necessary adjustments. The first is a Volume Trending Dashboard that includes total volume by product line, all based on DRGs, showing historical changes and allowing for projections of future growth. The second is a Financial Tending Dashboard that evaluates total cases with each product line to display critical financial data and allow for trending profitability.
